HONEY GARLIC RIBS
These ribs taste exactly like the ones you get in the finest chinese restaruants. They do not reheat well so make only as much as you can eat in one sitting.

Preparation
Step 1
Cut through each rib. Place ribs in a large shallow roasting pan and bake in a 375 oven for about 1-1/4 hours, turning once. If the ribs are getting too dry and yet are not fork-tender, add a little water to the pan. While they are baking make the sauce. Combine sugar with cornstarch and water, soya sauce, honey and minced garlic in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. When ribs are fork-tender, remove from roaster and place in a heat-proof serving dish. Pour sauce over ribs and serve immediately or keep warm in a low oven.
