Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. butter, melted
- 8 Eggs
- 1 C. milk
- 3/4 C. flour
- 1/3 C. sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix eggs with milk well in a big bowl.
Add butter slowly, continuously mixing while pouring. Beat well.
Add flour, a little at a time, continuously mixing while adding flour.
Add sugar. Beat well.
Heat non-stick pan to 350 degrees. Pour large ladle per pancake into pan. Wait until the edge of the pancake turn dry; flip the pancake. Fold the pancake in three for serving.
