Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) low-sodium chickpeas, drained and rinsed (water reserved)
- 2 tbsp. chickpea water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup raw tahini
- 5 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 4 - 8 drops chipotle Tabasco sauce (to taste)
- 3/4 tsp. no-salt (or omit)
