Creamy Gorgonzola Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 Cup Olive Oil
• 1 Hard Boiled Egg
• 1 Large Clove Garlic
• 1/3 Cup Gorgonzola or Blue Cheese
• 1 Teaspoon Sea or Kosher Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients together until creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve on baby spinach or baby arugula salad with sliced pears.
