Ingredients
- 1 pkg Nasoya wraps
- 1 bundle of asparagus spears
- 1/4 pound prosciutto, sliced into enough strips to roll each spear
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- EVOO for drizzling.

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven 350
2. Snap off spear tips
3. Wrap each spear tip with prosciutto
4. Brush each wrap with EVOO and fold to form triangle. Brush Each triangle with EVOO and sprinkle with cheese.
5. Place one wrapped spear at one end of wrap and roll it up. Continue until all spears are wrapped.
6. Place all in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish coated with non-stick spray. Brush Tops with EVOO and bake for 25-30 min until tops are lightly browned.
