Ingredients
- 1/2 lb round steak, sliced
- 2 oz cellophane noodles
- 1/3 c beef broth
- 2 T dry sherry
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 c bok choy
- 1 c green onion
- 1 c bean sprouts
- 8 oz bamboo shoots
- 1 c mushrooms
- 1 T cooking oil
- 8 oz tofu

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl pour boiling water over noodles to cover. Let stand 10 min. Drain and cut into 2 in lengths.
In bowl, combine broth, sherry, soy sauce, and pepper. Set aside.
Coat wok and heat to med. Add bok choy and green onions, stir fry 2-3 min, remove from pan. Add sprouts, bamboo shoots, and mushrooms, stir fry 1-2 min. Remove from pan. Add more cooking oil and swirl to coat. Add beef, stir fry 2-3 min. Add tofu and broth to wok and cook and stir until bubbly. return veggies and add noodles. Cover and cook 2-3 min.
