Ingredients

  • 2 Cups all purpose flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/8 cup milk
  • 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tbs dried parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp Italian style type seasoning
  • 6 (3/4 inch thick) center cut pork chops.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven 375
2. Place flour in bowl. Combine eggs and milk in a separate bowl - mix well.
3. Place bread crumbs in yet a another bowl and stir in the lemon pepper, parsley, garlic powder, dill and italian seasoning.
4. Dip each chop in flour, shake off excess flour, then dip into egg-milk mixture and then dredge into the bread crumb mixture. Repeat for each chop.
5. Place chops into a lightly greased baking dish. Then add water, just enough to cover the bottom of the dish.
6. Bake for 40 minutes, then reduce heat to 325 and continue to back for an additional 20 minutes.
