Ingredients
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 T EVOO
- 1 T chopped fresh dill or oregano, OR 1 t dried
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup sliced ripe black olives
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Step 1
Whisk vinegar, oil, dill (or oregano), garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives and feta and toss to coat.
