Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 0.5 cups pineapple juice
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 13 ounces coconut milk
- 1 Tablespoons flax seed
- 2 Tablespoons unsweetened coconut, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, banana, coconut milk, flax seed and coconut. Blend until smooth.
Freezing Directions:
Prepare smoothies per above directions. Divide between quart freezer bags, label and freeze. TO SERVE: Thaw partially, then serve cold.
