Ingredients
- 4 Sleeves of Saltine Crackers
- 1 stick butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 4-6 stalks of celery, chopped
- Thyme
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 16 oz Mozzarella cheese, cubed

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in large frying pan. Add chopped onion and celery. Saute until see-through. Crush crackers in a separate bowl. Mix in Celery and onion mixture. Add Thyme and salt/pepper to taste. Slowly add milk and Mozzarella. Mix well. Stuff bird and bake in oven until done.
