Ingredients
- 3 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup sour cream
- Sugar
- Salt & pepper
- Dill weed

Preparation
Step 1
Place cucumber and onion in shallow bowl. Cover with half apple cider vinegar and half water. Chill at least one hour but not overnight. Drain completely plus squeeze to remove all liquid. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, light coating of sugar, salt & pepper (to taste), and LOTS of dill weed. Fold in cucumber. Will hold up approximately one additional hour before separating.
