Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce (Chinese Barbecue Sauce)
- 2 tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2-3 lb. pork tenderloin

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients. Pour over pork and marinate in refrigerator 6-8 hours. Remove from marinade and cook over hot coals 35 minutes. Baste with remaining marinade. Slice pork thin.
