  • 1 to 2 1 2 4 lb hambrug & 1 lb pork. Add 2 eggs, 4 slices bread (broken up).

Step 1

Sauce:

2 cans tomato paste
2 cans water (tom paste size)
2 (1lb. 12 oz) cans all purpose tomatoes
Saute onion & garlic in salad oil. Add spices: oregano, garlic power, sugar, basil & parsley.
Wipe grease from meatballs with paper towels. Add to sauce. Simmer for many hours.
