Ingredients
- 7 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 lbs. frying chicken pieces, rinsed & dried
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted

Step 1
Measure corn flakes into shallow dish or pan. Set aside. In sm. mixing bowl, beat egg and milk slightly. Add flour, salt, and pepper. Mix till smooth. Dip chicken in batter. Coat w/ crushed cereal. Place in single layer, skin side up, in greased or foil-lined shallow baking dish. Drizzle w/ melted butter.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or till chicken is tender. Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking.
