Ingredients

cornmeal or flour to sprinkle
1/2 lb. frozen pizza dough, defrosted
1/2 c. light ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 oz. crumbled feta
1/4 c. shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp. pesto
2 tbsp. water

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 450. Sprinkle baking sheet w/ cornmeal. Roll dough 12" x 10" rectangle and place on sheet. Mix ricotta and mozzarella. Mix pesto and water and drizzle over pizza. Bake 3-5 mins. till cheese is melted.
