Ingredients
- 2 apples, chopped
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 tea. vanilla
- 1/2 tea. cinnamon
- 8 slices raisin swirl bread
- 1/2 cup raisins

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine apples with apple juice. Bring to a simmer; simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and set aside for 10 minutes. Drain apples, reserving juice.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, and bitter' m,ix well and set aside. In large bowl, combine reserved apple juice, eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon; beat well and set aside.
Cut bread slices into cubes. In 3 1/2 qt. slow cooker, layer 1/3 of the bre3ad cubes, raisins,m apples, and the brown sugar mixture. Repeat layers. Pour egg mixture over all.
Cover and cook on high for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours, until pudding is set. Turn off slow cooker and let cool for 30 minutes, then serve.
