Grape Nuts Pudding

Ingredients

• 6 large eggs
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 4 cups whole milk
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 12 tsp cinnamon
• Grape Nuts cereal

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 400

whisk 6 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp nutmeg, 1/2tsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp vanilla in a large bowl. Whisk in 4 cups whole milk.

Pour a thin layer of Grape Nuts cereal into a 2 quart baking dish, barely covering bottom of dish. Pour in milk mixture. Bake 30-40 minutes until mostly set but jiggly in the center. Serve with whipped cream.
