Ingredients
- 1 cup cocoa
- 6 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 teas salt
- 1 teas baking soda
- 10 tbs butter (1 1/4 sticks)
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 heavy pinch powdered sugar as needed

Step 1
1. Mix cocoa and chopped chocolate in a heatproff bowl. Stir in boiling water to melt. Let cool, about 3 minutes. Fold in Daisy Sour Cream until incorporated.
2. Combine the flour, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl.
3. In a large bowl cream the butter, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs; blend well. The add the flour and sour cream-chocolate mixtures and blend well. Add chocolate chips and stir to incorporate.
4. Pour batter into 12 cup bundt pan coated with cooking spray. Bake in 350 degree oven for 55 min or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool. Remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
