Ingredients

  • MIX:
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 c. oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 large box vanilla instant pudding
  • TOPPING:
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Do NOT use metal spoons, metal bowls, etc. Do NOT refrigerate.

Day 1-5 Mix 1/3 of ingredients in a plastic bag; mush.
Day 6 Add 1/3 of ingredients, mush.
Day 7-9 Mush bag and let air out.
Day 10 Add 1/3 of ingredients, mush.

Pour into large mixing bowl. Pour 4 - 1c. starters into 4 individual ziploc bags and give to friends with recipe.

Remaining; add and mix 1 c. oil, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. milk, and vanilla.

In separate bowl, combine 2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 c. pecans, 1 large box vanilla instant pudding. Mix together.

Combine both mixes, spray pan w/ cooking spray. In separate bowl, combine topping ingredients. Put around pan and shake before pouring in bread mix. Put extra topping on top of bread. Bake at 325 for one hour.
