Ingredients
- 2 to 3 large potatoes, cut into sm pcs.
- 1 sm white onion diced
- 2 1/2 t. chicken bouillon
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 # velvetta cheese
- 1 # broccoli
- 3 1/2 C. Water

Preparation
Step 1
Bring water and bouillon to boil. Add potatoes. Saute onion until soft and add to mixture. Pour in soup and cheese. Let cheese melt completely. Add broccoli and cook over medium heat for about 10 mins. or until done. Freezes well.
