Ingredients

  • Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Syrup for dipping

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray muffin tin with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl mix the Bisquick, sugar, milk, egg, and oil until combined. Fill 6 of the muffin tins 2/3 of the way full.

Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.

For the Cinnamon Sugar Topping: Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.

After muffins have cooled enough to handle, dip each muffin top in the melted butter then in the cinnamon sugar mixture.

Dip in warmed syrup.
