Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbl dry sherry
- 1 tbl minced fresh parsley
- 1 tbl capers, rinsed and dried
- 1 tbl minced green onion
- 2 tsps fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp chives
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 ground red pepper
- 1 6 oz can crabmeat, rinsed, drained and tossed with 2 tbls lemon juice.

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except crabmeat and mix well, gently fold in crabmeat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Spread over crackers or toast.
