Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbl dry sherry
  • 1 tbl minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tbl capers, rinsed and dried
  • 1 tbl minced green onion
  • 2 tsps fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 ground red pepper
  • 1 6 oz can crabmeat, rinsed, drained and tossed with 2 tbls lemon juice.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except crabmeat and mix well, gently fold in crabmeat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Spread over crackers or toast.
