Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 Tablespoon milk or half and half
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) Tub Cool Whip
  • 1 prepared chocolate flavored pie crust
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding mixes

Preparation

Step 1

MIX cream cheese, 1 Tablespoon milk and sugar in large bowl with a wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups of the Cool Whip. Spread into the bottom of the Crust.

POUR 2 cups half-and-half into a bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with a wire whisk until well mixed. Immediately stir remaining whipped topping. Spread over cream cheese layer

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until set
