Ingredients
- 3 TableSpoons oil
- 1 small onion, shopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 cup Vodka
- 1 (28oz) can Cento Brand Crushed Tomatoes.
- 1 cup Light Cream
- 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add onion and stir until softened. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and continue cooking for 1 additional minute. Stir in the Vodka, Tomatoes and light cream. Bring sauce to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add grated cheese. Simmer for 2 hours. Season with salt and pepper.
