  • 1/2 lb butter or margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

350 oven
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well
Add vanilla, sour cream, and then dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup sugar and 4 tsp cinnamon. Set aside.

Pour 1/2 batter in a greased and floured bundt pan.
Add 1/2 of the cinnamon-sugar mix and cut through with a knife.
Pour remaining batter and cinnamon mix then cut through top layer.
Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
