- 1 C. frozen fruit (anything you like)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 handful fresh greens (spinach, kale, etc.)
- 1 C. almond milk
- 1/2 C. cranberry or pomegranate juice
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tsp. flax oil
