Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke heats, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated romano/mozzarella or parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp minced garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a small baking dish, mix together artichoke hearts, spinach, sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, cheese, and garlic. Cover dish.

Bake until heated through and bubbly, about 25 min.
