Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef chuck
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 8oz. can tomato sauce
- salt + pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg and mix with tomato sauce and w. sauce. Mix bread crumbs, onion and beef together. Mix 1/4 of sauce into meat and mix. Shape into loaf pan and pour rest of sauce on top.
Bake 375 degrees for 1 hr.
