MOZZARELLA STUFFED MEATBALLS

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with olive oil. Then mix 1 lb lean ground beef with 1 egg, 1/2 c finely chopped white onion, 1/2 c panko, 1/2 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 c milk, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp yellow mustard, 1 tbsp hot sauce, slat and papper and 1/4 tsp garlic salt. Then take 1/4 mix mix, put indentation in to be able to add 1 inch fresh mozzarlla ball (will need 12-14 of these) and enclose and bake for 30-35 minutes.
