Ingredients
- Batter:
- 4 containers Tofutti cream cheese
- 1 container Tofutti Sour cream
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbs vanilla extract

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Make the CRUST, In a food processor,grind the graham crackers and the oil to a fine powder. Press the mixture hard into the bottom of a 10"round spring form pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove the pan and reduce the temp to 325.
BATTER:
In a food processor or an electric mixer,cream all the batter ingredients until smooth(not longer) and pour over the crust. Bake 1 hr 10 min. Turn off the oven and leave the cake inside 2 more hrs without ever opening the oven. Take out and chill completely. Serve alone or with strawberry sauce or top with any topping you wish.
