Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- vanilla wafters
- 1 can pie filling (cherry or strawberry)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Placed liners in muffin tins with a wafer in bottom (flat side down). Blend cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Fill 2/3 full.
Bake 15 min. Don't let the tops crack.
Cool 1 hr and add topping.
