Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup butter
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 3/4 cup brown sugar (light)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup butterscotch chips
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup chopper nuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

Beat butter and white+brown sugars in an other bowl.

Add vanilla.

Add eggs and beat between each one.

Mix in flour Mixture.

Make walnut sized cookies and place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 11 minutes at 375* F.
