Ingredients
- 1/2 cup scallions, sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Step 1
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 4-8 hours resting Servings: 1 1/2 pounds meat
In a large zip top bag combine all ingredients.
Add steak and marinate in the fridge for 4 to 8 hours. Never leave uncooked marinating meat at room temperature for more than 40 minutes.
