Steamed Cauliflower With Dill

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cauliflower head leaves removed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground white pepper
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Bring the water to a boil in a large pot. Add the cauliflower, dill, and white pepper. Cover and steam for 20 minutes. Serve with lemon juice squeezed over top.
