Ingredients
- 12 cups sliced peeled apples, preferably McIntosh
- 2 cups pitted cherries
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 2/3 cup flour

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Spread apples and cherries in a greased 9-by-13-inch pan.
Melt butter; add brown sugar, oatmeal, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour. Sprinkle over apples and cherries.
Bake 30 minutes, or until topping is nicely browned.
