Ingredients
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 10 T. unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- Cooking Spray

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350'. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cup and level with knife. Combine flour, brown suger, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Place butter in a small skillet over med. heat. Cook 6 mins. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Pour into small bowl and cool 10 mins. Combine butter and eggs, stirring with a whisk. Pour butter mixture over flour mixture and stir just until moistened. Spoon batter into a 13x9 for 30 mins. or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into 24 squares.
