Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs (9 sheets)
  • 2 T. butter, melted
  • 1 T. water
  • 1/3 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 c. butterscotch chips
  • 2/3 c. sweetened coconut
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 15oz. can fat-free sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350'. Line the bottom and sides of pan with parchment paper. Place crumbs in a med. bowl drizzle with butter and water. toss with a fork until moist. Gently pat mixture evenly into bottom of the pan. Sprinkle chips over crumb mixture. Top evenly with coconut and pecans. Drizle milk evenly over top. Bake for 25 mins. or until lightly browned and bubbly at edges. Cook complely on wire rack.
