- 1 pkg. sugar cookie bar dough
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. fruit of your choice.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325'. Grease bottom and side of 9" tart pan with a removable bottom. Press cookie dough evenly into prepared pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a small mixer bowl until smooth. Spread evenly over the cooled cooke crust to within 1/2" of the edge. Arrange fruit as desired on top. Refrigerate for 1 hr. Remove rim of pan, and slice into wedges.
