Ingredients
- 5 lbs. cubed lean chuck beef
- 5 lbs. yellow onions coarsly chopped
- 3 c. beef stock
- 1/4 c. sweet paprika
- Butter & olive oil to brown the meat
- Egg Noodles

Preparation
Step 1
In heavy pan use 1 T. olive oil and 1 T. butter (for each batch) to brown the meat in batches. Once done scrape bottom and add the onions and cook 15-20 mins. until very soft. Add the meat back in and add the stock and paprika. Cook for 1 1/2 hrs. Serve with Egg Noodles and garnish with sour cream.
