  • 1 lb. bag pizza dough, thawed
  • 1 6 oz. package pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 c. ricotta
  • 1 c. mozzerella
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 16 oz. jar pasta sauce
  • grated parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400'. Cut dough and shape into 4 balls. Set aside. In a medium bowl, mix the pepperoni, ricotta and mozzerella. Roll or pull each ball into a 7" circle. Spoon 1/4 of the filling onto the center of each. Fold over and pinch the edges together. Place on baking sheet and brush with the oil. Bake for 30 mins. or until golden. Heat the sauce and spoon over the calzones and sprinkle with parmesan.
