Ingredients

  • 4 rib-eye or sirloin steaks 1" thick
  • 1/2 c. refrigerated blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 c. wing sauce, divided
  • 1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 c. minced celery
  • 1 T. canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Step 1

Combine dressing, 1/4 c. wing sauce, cheese and celery in small bowl, set aside. Brush steaks with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill covered 3-4 mins. or until browned; turn. Brush with 2 T. of wing sauce and grill 3-4 mins. more. Turn, and brush with remaining wing sauce. Serve with blue cheese sauce.
