  • 1/4 c. spicy brown mustard

Increase oven temp to 400'. In a small bowl combine the sugar and mustard, brush the turkey with teh glaze. Continue to roast until thigh reaches 165', glazing the turkey 3-4 more times 45 mins.-1hr. more. Tent with foil if browning too quickly and add more water if the pan becomes dry.
Reserve pan drippings for gravy and let the turkey rest at least 30 minutes before carving and serving.
