Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, quartered
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- (2) 1 1/4lb. pork loins
- 1 T. butter
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 T. butter
- 1/2 c. beef broth
- 1 T. flour

Preparation
Step 1
Place celery, mushrooms, onion and 1/4 c. melted butter in slow cooker. Brown tenderloins in 1 T. butter. Lay over vegetables in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine broth and flour until smooth. Pour over pork. Cover and cook on high 3 hrs. or low 4-5 hrs.
