Ingredients

  • 4 BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS
  • 1/8 TH TSP SALT AND PEPPER
  • 8 SLICES OF HAM
  • 8 PROVOLONI CHEESE
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh basil leaves
  • 4 T olive oil
  • 8 pz fettuccine
  • 1 T butter
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 cup grated parmesean cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat over to 400*
Pound chicken breasts thin and season both sides
Lay 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese and a few basil leaves over each. Rollup tightly and secure wih a toothpick
Heat oil is a skillet and brown chicken on both sides for about 6 minutes
Cook noodlesuntil tender and drain
Remove chicken from skillet and keep warmAdd remaining oil, butter and garlic and cook for 1 minuite . Add the drained pasta and toss to coat.
Turn off heat and toss with remaining half of cheese
Cut each chicken into two slices and serve over noodlesServe with remaining cheese on side.
