Ingredients
- 4 lb. beef roast
- 10 oz. can of Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup of water

Preparation
Step 1
Place the beef roast on a double layer of aluminum foil. Combine the soup and dry soup mix and spread on all sides of the roast. Wrap the foil around the roast and place in slow cooker. Pour water around the roast. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
