YOGURT****Skinny Peanut Butter-Yogurt Dip

This is yummy - makes a good work lunch with an apple. I used crunchy peanut butter the first time I made this but I bet creamy or even cashew/almond etc. would be good too.

- 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup peanut butter, crunchy recommended
- Optional to create Chocolate Peanut Butter Dip, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of unsweetened quality cocoa powder (haven't tried this)
- Sliced apple, to serve
