Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast cut up
- 4 cloves of garlic choppen
- Olive oil
- 2 T. butter
- 1 c. heavy cream
- spinich
- parmesan to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the 4 chicken breasts by sauteeing in the garlic and olive oil. Remove the chicken and add the butter to the oil and garlic along with the cream. Bring to slow boil and add spinich until it wilts, 1-2 mins. Combine all in a large bowl and toss. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
