Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs fresh farmed boneless, skinless Atlantic salmon fillet
- 2 Tbsp kosher salt
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp ground dill
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin

Preparation
Step 1
To bake, preheat oven to 400º.
Place salmon fillet in a baking dish, In a small bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Season fillet on both sides with desired amount of rub.
Place dish on meddle rack and cook for 15 minutes until salmon is opaque in color and easily flakes with a fork or internal temperature reaches 145º at the thickest part.
To grill, preheat grill to medium high.
Place seasoned fillet on a pre-soaked cedar plank. Cook approximately 15 minutes until salmon is opaque in color and easily flakes with a fork or internal temperature reaches 145º at the thickest part. Serve on cedar plank if desired.
Makes 4-6 servings.
