- 1 (15 oz) can Pumpkin
- 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tea. Ground Cinnamon
- ½ tea. Ground Ginger
- ½ tea. Ground Nutmeg
- ½ tea. Ground Cloves
- ½ tea. Salt
- 1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked

Step 1
Whisk pumpkin, milk, eggs, spices, and salt in a medium bowl until smooth. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes then reduce oven temperature to 350° and continue baking for 35-40 minutes or until forks inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean. Cool.
