Ingredients

  • 1 cup water, divided
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 6 bone-in country style pork ribs

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup water soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate 1/2 cp mixture for basting. Pour remaining into a large resealable plastic bag and add the ribs. Seal bag and turn to coat. in in refrigerator over night or 8 hours.

Drain ribs and discard marinade. Place rib and remaining water in a 3 qt microwaveable dish. Cover and microwave on high for 20-25 minutes.

Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Drain ribs, grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until browned, turn occasionally and bast with remaining marinade.
